Bio: Chris has experience in handling a wide variety of matters, including civil litigation, real estate, business law, family law, juvenile dependency law, criminal law, and mental health law. Chris currently serves the Crawford County Court of Common Pleas as a Divorce Master and Mental Health Review Officer. Chris is admitted to practice before all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania administrative courts, trial courts, and appellate courts. Chris is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Chris serves on the board of directors of various non-profit entities in northwestern Pennsylvania.
Practice Areas: Chris practices criminal law (including DUIs) and civil litigation law; including real estate disputes, contract disputes, tax assessment challenges, commercial disputes, and business disputes. Chris also practices commercial/business law including entity formation, liquor license transfers, business asset transfers and business share transfers. He works with sheriff sales, tax sales, and judicial sales. And he offers general real estate law services including deeds, contracts, and documents related to residential and business, and oil and gas well rights transactions. Chris is currently the Crawford County Divorce Master; however, he can represent family law matters outside of Crawford County.
